Run to Raton

This application is for the Run to Raton 2024 event on Historic First Street. The event is on July 19 and July 20. Set up is July 19 at 8AM. You can shut down July 20 at 10PM but may not be able to get vehicles in until after the crowd moves out. Vendor booth spaces are 10 foot by 10 foot and cost $100 for both days. No single day booth space will be available this year. Additional booth space can be purchased. Electricity is very limited. Bring an extension cord and you might get lucky. Food truck and food vendors. You must have proper paperwork and permits to set up. This need to be taken care of long before the day of the event. Contact Tonya Feely at the Environmental Health Department for permit information. The number is 575-707-3393. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER PERMITS THE MORNING OF THE EVENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SET UP.
